Remote  /  Austin,  TX Full Time Thursday, May 27, 2021 The Client Partner is responsible for growing billable headcount with a designated Pinnacle client. This will be accomplished by building relationships with hiring managers to promote Pinnacle’s brand and expertise, as well as understanding the client’s business objectives and ensuring that Pinnacle provides the right talent to meet client needs. Ensure that Pinnacle becomes a trusted and preferred provider – a "go-to" source for exceptional talent.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Map the organizational hierarchy/structure of the client to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to convert leads to contacts and generate meetings
  • Build relationships that generate requisitions for Pinnacle to serve as a preferred provider
  • Understand each hiring manager’s business goals and talent needs by creating and/or attending job and project intake meetings
  • Present and pitch candidate resumes to hiring managers
  • Prepare candidates for interviews based on hiring manager’s business needs and preferences
  • Walk candidates into the client site for interviews and when they begin an assignment (and collect equipment, etc. upon offboarding)
  • Educate hiring managers on demand and price of qualified talent; confirm interviews and offers with client; advocate for higher rates as appropriate
  • Set up and complete consultant performance reviews with hiring managers


Looking For
  • 1+ year experience as an IT recruiter
  • 1+ year sales experience, preferably in IT workforce solutions developing enterprise accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Outgoing personality with a confident and persistent approach to developing relationships
  • Metrics-driven producer who is goal and achievement oriented
  • Operates in both a hunter and a farmer mindset within the same client
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for client experience and success
