Basic Function of Position: This is a mid to senior-level account management position responsible for managing Pinnacle’s day-to-day relationship with an account. The RM will serve as a liaison between the client contacts and the Client Fulfillment team. Focus includes ensuring proper communication, support, and compliance for the client, Pre-ID/Payrollers and account management. Internally, this individual will report to the Director of Payrolling and work with the Client Fulfillment team, as well as various Pinnacle departments (HR, Onboarding, Timesheets, etc.) on a weekly basis.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serves as the point of contact for client contacts & Client Fulfillment team throughout full life cycle of payrolled workers
• Establish, maintain, optimize, and grow relationships with client owners, client business units, and its managers
• Gather and provide intelligence on client and upcoming and current Pre-ID/Payrolling positions
• Receive & qualify payroller requirements
• Gather and analyze data, propose suggestions to Client and internal teams
• Updates necessary systems as needed – Effective system utilization is a requirement
• Informing other Pinnacle departments that impact account success, e.g. Onboarding, HR, Legal, of relevant account information
• Assisting with the creation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews
• Assisting with contract compliance efforts
• Acting as an escalation point and liaison with the client if issues arise with candidates/consultants
• Always be available to client management to provide guidance - e.g. Onboarding, HR, Legal, Account Process, Contract guidance, etc.
• Provide up-to-the minute account information, performance feedback, annual review tracking, and prepare reports for Director & Client
• Additional client outreach for various tasks (invoicing errors, tenure mgmt., terminations, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Strong phone and in-person presence; professional demeanor and appearance Excellent written/verbal communication skills & strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated; productive without supervision
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to think outside the box and independently make decisions based on current knowledge base & in the company’s best interest
• Strong knowledge in employment law, including independent contractors/freelance workers
• Proficient/advance knowledge with MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and VMS tools is required
• 2-5 years of prior staffing or IT account management experience
• High school Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree (business, human resources, or engineering-related field) preferred
• Willingness to travel to client sites or other remote locations
