Basic Function of Position: Pinnacle Group is seeking sharp, talented, creative, and energetic Technical Recruiters; Candidates will need to be able to quickly translate business needs; Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for business and technology will be essential to deliver a world-class recruiting experience to top tier tech candidates.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Ideally, you will manage the full cycle recruiting needs with an emphasis on innovative sourcing techniques in a competitive talent market; building relationships and networking with internal and external entities to ensure the timely presentation of a strong, diverse candidate pool; In our virtual-focused business environment, you will still conduct face-to-face meetings and your own social marketing to build the brand; ensuring all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to; ensuring best practices recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process; participating in recruiting events and activities as needed on a local and national scale.
If you or someone one you know has 2 to 3 years minimum of experience in the following, we are interested: Executive Recruiter specializing in Technology Recruiting, especially key are possessing sourcing skills for technology talent and database mining techniques; strong presentation skills, providing expertise and support as needed for briefings with management; critical thinking skills, strong analytical skills, and results-driven character are a key; innovative, independent and also a team player, possess strong organizational and time management skills; computer proficiency in MS Office is required.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 2-3 years of Technical Recruiting experience
· Demonstrated innovativeness, assertiveness, self-starter, and flexibility, adapting well to ever changing business needs.
· Understanding of Recruiting methodology and technology savvy
