The function of the Program Specialist role is to effectively manage the full life cycle of requests, communicating with a variety of professionals at all levels within both Pinnacle and the client’s organization. The Program Specialist role requires a “can do” attitude focusing on process, meeting operational goals with a customer service emphasis.
The major duties and responsibilities of this role involve Request Management, Project Management, Client Management, Relationship Management, Customer Service, Technology, Audit & Compliance, and some other duties and client-specific functions as needed or assigned. The Request Management involves training, assisting, and facilitating the requisition life cycle with client managers and suppliers. Project Management of special projects as necessary, i.e. large hiring initiatives, VMS tool clean up, and assisting with supplier rationalization processes. You will build, grow, maintain, and leverage relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, supplier partners, and internal resources to ensure overall program success as part of your Relationship Management duties. Within the Customer Services arena, you will maintain a service-focused mentality that delivers an excellent experience to client hiring managers,
stakeholders, internal Pinnacle partners, and suppliers. The Technology tools we use require extensive use within our MSP tool, ex. Fieldglass, Beeline, ERP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Training new client managers and suppliers as needed on VMS tools if applicable. You will also ensure proper documentation is being submitted by suppliers in a timely manner, working closely with suppliers and client managers to ensure program needs (ex. timecards and Pos) are being submitted and approved on time for SLA/KPI purposes, as part of your Audit & Compliance duties.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a business-related field
· Experience with recruiting required (MSP environment & industry certifications are desirable)
· Prior client-facing experience in a demanding/high touch client environment
· Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts, along with good presentation skills
