Pinnacle Group is looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst to initiate and execute the onboarding process for our new consultants. Our Onboarding Analysts take ownership of the onboarding process for their candidates and manage all the required steps to ensure the correct pre-employment screens, client paperwork, and the I9/E-verify are completed, in a timely manner. Successful candidates will balance competing priorities, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer-service to internal and external stakeholders. Experience with Applicant tracking systems will be beneficial and knowledge of U.S employment regulations are preferred.

If you are a self-starter who shows solid initiative and ability to work independently with little direction, while exercising good judgment, then this is the role for you!  If you enjoy being responsive and you are comfortable communicating via chat, email, and over the phone, then this role is for you!  Are you a highly responsible and accountable team player, with the ability to overcome obstacles to achieve your goals?  Then this is the role for you!  Do you thrive by not being held back in a fast paced environment – juggling competing client requirements?  Then this role is for you!
